This week in my English Culture class I am having the students watch the movie The Queen with Helen Mirren. This way they can relax a bit and still be exposed to British culture. When I announced to my first class of the week they were watching a movie they all clapped… haha my freshman are so cute they just make me giggle.
I received a very interesting note from my student on Tuesday explaining their friends absence from class.
I feel most teachers would be grossed out by this perfect example of Too Much Information, but I just smiled and said “I understand.”
